This SMS-Specific Terms of Service ("Terms") applies exclusively to the iDied SMS notifications ("Service") operated by IDIED YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. By opting in to receive messages from this Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

In the iDied app, when a person selects a phone number to share their testament, an SMS is sent to the designated individual when the time comes. By entering your phone number and agreeing to participate in this SMS service, you consent to receive recurring messages related to this service.

To receive these messages, you must provide explicit consent through the opt-in process. If you are not a member, you can opt in by sending the word "START" via SMS to +1 650 353 9529. If you are a member, you can manage your SMS notifications directly within the app by enabling SMS notifications in the 'Notifications' section. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive automated text messages related to iDied notifications, including reminders and updates about the video will shared with you.

• Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive may vary depending on the notifications sent by iDied users.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard messaging and data rates may apply as per your carrier agreement.

3. Opt-Out Procedure

You have the right to opt out of receiving these messages at any time. To opt out, you can follow these steps:

• App Opt-Out: If you are a member, you can disable SMS notifications through the iDied app by navigating to the 'Notifications' section and turning off SMS notifications.
• Text STOP: Send the keyword "STOP" to +1 650 353 9529 to stop receiving messages from this Service. You will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed: "You have successfully unsubscribed from iDied. No further messages will be sent."

4. Privacy Policy

All personal information, including your phone number, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in this SMS service, you also agree to our general Terms of Service.

5. Use of Data

We use your phone number and other related information solely for the purpose of sending you messages related to this Service. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the terms of this Service or as required by law.
