IDIED YAZILIM A.Ş. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information about users of the iDied app ("iDied"). By using iDied, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect information to enhance your experience and provide secure services. This includes:
Your name, email address, phone number, and other registration details.
The will and final messages (video or written) you upload, including recipient email addresses and phone numbers.
Device type, operating system, and unique identifiers.

If you are on a Premium plan, additional wills and final messages may be stored. When the subscription ends, content exceeding the standard limits may be deleted within 30 days, leaving only the standard limits available.
By using the iDied service, you agree to receive certain SMS and email notifications related to your account and the operation of the service.
Notification preferences may be managed in the app’s “Notifications” section where applicable.
SMS messages may include authentication codes, security alerts, or service-related notifications.
Authentication and security SMS messages cannot be disabled.
To stop optional SMS messages, reply “STOP.”

These emails contain important information related to your account, security alerts, service functionality, or message delivery processes.
These emails are considered essential to the operation of the service and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email.
We do not sell your personal information.
However, we may share information in the following circumstances:
When you explicitly authorize or request sharing.
When required to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or government requests.
With trusted service providers who assist in delivering services on our behalf (such as communication or infrastructure providers), under confidentiality obligations.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.
However, no system of digital storage or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should take appropriate precautions when sharing sensitive information online.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the “Delete Account” feature within the app.
We reserve the right to delete stored content at our discretion for technical, legal, operational, or policy reasons, even without a deletion request. Deleted content cannot be recovered.
User data—including personal information, will content, final messages, recipient email addresses, and phone numbers—may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure that may be located outside of your country.
These systems are used to maintain reliable service availability and performance.
You have the right to:
Review the personal information associated with your account.
Modify your account information through the app.
Permanently delete your account and associated content using the in-app “Delete Account” function.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the iDied service (in whole or in part) at any time for technical, operational, legal, or business reasons, with or without prior notice.
In the event that the service is permanently discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance through the email address associated with their account.
Where technically feasible, users may request deletion of their data or receive a copy of their stored data in an appropriate format before the service is terminated.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or permanent availability of the service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If significant changes are made, we may notify users via email or in-app notification.
Continued use of the iDied service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
All disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
